One of my clearest memories of the delight of water is when doing the 'dolphin dive' for the first time ... the feeling of the softness surrounding me as I dived into the water and felt myself going down, being enveloped by it. It was almost like flying, but silkier! Then pushing off from the bottom and lifting up through it into the sun and air ... still like flying surrounded by and one with it. So soothing a sensation!
That feeling when I first put my toes into it ... it is as though my whole body receives it. I now know why and it's still magical! Every cell in my body sighs and is exhilarated at the same time ... especially when it's a stream, a river, the ocean, a direct connection to nature.
Oh, what I now know - that every part of my body and being needs it and is ready to absorb it fully. That it has so many aspects and such a massive impact on life of every kind on our planet. It allows our planet to thrive and supports health in every ecosystem - in one of its many forms.
It does not abide by any limiting rules - shows up in places it shouldn't; expands when it's supposed to contract; is soft and gentle; wild and unconquerable; can support life and take it away; has 'memory' capacity far beyond our understanding - it is the main ingredient in our foremost 'memory storage' - the brain - whilst giving us a taste of its capacity ... and so much more!
Even as we abuse it beyond the worst concentration camps' treatment of people and then expect it to continue, it does. And then will forgive, should we treat it well, then it will heal quickly and continue to give life without judgement of what form that life takes.
Such a gift to us - let's look after it, do all we can to honour its' many aspects and use rather than abuse it. Share it. Care for it. As we should each other and all life ...
I am so very grateful for the opportunity to be part of Crystal Blue Enterprises, the brilliance and integrity that Jim Dooley has in steering the product range and company through the thickest and thinnest of circumstances to what we can now offer our water, people, animals and plant world to heal and thrive.
I love water ...
